I have made a booking at hotel from 26 Aug 2025 to 28 Aug 2025 but due to landslide in your area we couldn't reach at hotel. Their logistics team knows this very well. In case of unforeseen circumstances, full refund should be made to the customer. This is what a customer expect from a renowned property which makes it different from other low standard property. But the response is that they can't refund but have option to accommodate us till 30 sept. Is this the kind of response expected from ITC. They are enjoying this condition and torturing customer.

Dining at the hotel restaurant was an experience of its own! Each meal was artfully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. A must try their Rajmah and Nadru ke kebab. Truly a feast for the senses!

Food was very good and service was more than the peak of prime neymar jr. Loved the lively hood and Mr Jagdev was very kind and helpful to us and I would recommend to come here again and again
