I just had the most amazing deep tissue massage experience today! The masseuses kajal and Beena really worked out all the knots and tension I was holding onto. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated now; it was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great massage to book an appointment!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. We checked in on Monday afternoon. Rooms were ready and check in was a breeze. We had 2 rooms - interconnected which worked great for us. Service is wonderful - the front desk was very helpful - with getting us autos, arranging a car for us to Ban Ganga to start our trek to Vaishno Devi and arranging for a car for us to get to Jammu airport. Room service is prompt and always cheerful.. Internet is available and in spite of the power cuts in the city, they have back up which made it very comfortable. They have a swimming pool on the 5th floor which my kids enjoyed in on a couple of days. You can get pool towels from the spa upstairs. The food and service at the restaurants was amazing. Staff led by Jagdev and service by Karun was just top class. There was also a lady at the restaurant on Tuesday night and Wednesday night and also during high tea in the evenings. Didn’t catch her name but she was also so wonderful with her recommendations. Jagdev and team took great care of us. First class service. And the food is amazing. We had breakfast on a couple of days and dinner on a couple of nights here - once Ala Carte and once buffet dinner and they were all superb. This hotel was the perfect base for us for the divine trip to Maa Vaishno Devi. Highly recommended

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming right from the moment I checked in. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view of the city. Staff Jagdev , Nagma and mahinder showed great hospitality and ensured we were well taken care of during our stay and during all our meals we had had restaurant.

The beds are super comfortable...the food is excellent...Jagdeep and his F&B team is amazing. Also there was a gentleman from the housekeeping team called Gurmeet who was more than courteous. Thank you for a great stay !
