El hotel es muy lindo pero a pesar de tener una reserva desde hacía meses por 10 noches , me avisaron unos 10 días antes , que no la podían respetar porque del 9 al 13 de marzo estaba completo por convención . Si bien tuvieron cortesías con nosotros , el tener que cambiar de hotel no nos gustó. Al tener que hacer involuntariamente el check in y check out dos veces fue perder un día de hotel . Está alejado de todo por lo que el bar debería ofrecer un bartender experimentado , quise tomar margaritas y Bloody Mary y me dijeron que no los hacían . El resto , muy bien .

Un entorno increíble pero con un servicio con muchas fallas. Room service con demoras excesivas y que se cumplió luego de 3 llamados y después de dos horas! Restaurante Cava Real con comida de poca calidad y un servicio deficiente. El hotel en sí necesita de una urgente remodelación! Tuve que avisar dos veces sobre la pérdida de agua del inodoro y vinieron a repararlo luego de 24 horas. Independientemente de estos comentarios algunos integrantes del personal se esfuerzan por brindar una buena atención.

Estuve alojada dos noches en enero 2025. El resort es muy grande, con muchos jardines y bellos espacios. Tiene playa al río, cancha de golf, lago , hermoso muelle y senderos. Los lugares para desayuno, almuerzo y cena son super cómodos y con mucha variedad de comidas. La atención del personal de recepción es muy buena , especialmente de Mariel, super amable y servicial. Las habitaciones amplias y cuidadas. A minutos del centro de Colonia. Hermosa opción, recomiendo.

Varios puntos a mejorar: 1) cero privacidad. Se escucha todo de las habitaciones linderas. Sumado a los ruidos del pasillo a las 9 am levántate es imposible dormir 2) frigobar vacío. Debería tener bebidas y alimentos para poder consumir. Tampoco café de cortesía en la habitación. 3) piscinas climatizadas que no son tales. Están heladas! 4) inmensa cantidad de niños maleducados sambullendose en las piscinas (está prohibido sambullirse) hace que no sea una experiencia de descanso 5) comida cara, mínima variedad, de pobre calidad y a precio de oro. Encima es la misma carta para el lobby, servicio a la habitación y para el restaurante. Optamos por ir a comer afuera el resto de los días. 6) siendo las 14 hrs tuve que irme para que me hagan la habitación. Extremadamente tarde 7) hay que agendarse en el desayuno! Uno viene para liberarse de los horarios y lo obligan a poner despertador. Inédito No vuelvo mas
