We visit Reading often to visit family and this is our first choice of hotels when we do. It is a genuine high rise, well appointed downtown hotel with amenities in the traditional Hilton tradition. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, fresh and traditionally decorated. The breakfast buffet is not free, but is a stand out with choices you will find well worth the price.

We stayed 1 night for the Oktoberfest 10 minutes away. Easy check in/out, pleasant staff, 6th floor so had a view, comfortable bed (pillows not so much!), delicious warm cookie upon arrival, clean, spacious, quiet, on site parking included. The hotel bar/restaurant was nice as well. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. They all worked together well, especially in the bar and restaurant. You could not get a better breakfast buffet anywhere. So many choices. We ate at the restaurant in the lounge for dinner. Went back at night for a bowl of ice cream and chocolate martini. Room was very clean and comfortable. Saw a show at the Santander theatre which was a short walk from the hotel. Ok....the only thing that was alarming. The neighborhood around the hotel......dangerous. I would not take a stroll around. On our way back from the theater, we walked toward hotel and came upon a crime scene!!! There was blood puddled on the ground, paper towels soaked in blood, clots. I was with my daughter so it had us a bit freaked out. We ran the short way to the hotel. So, needless to say, uber if you need to go anywhere.

The staff are the stars of the experience - uniformly friendly and helpful. Folks behind the check-in desk, in front of the restaurant, wait staff and random staff met in the hallways as they engaged in their tasks - all friendly and warm. Gym and pool were terrific. The Cheers Bistro dinners were delicious and the breakfast buffet was a great value with a wide variety of tasty options including custom juices, blintzes fresh fruit and all the traditional offerings. My one-year old granddaughter enjoyed walking the lobby and eating in the dining room and the staff were so wonderful with her. The room was clean and quiet and well stocked. Appreciated the fridge in the room. Convenient location to access key locations in reading. The neighborhood is a bit dilapidated but the hotel is an oasis.

I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed two highlights — breakfast and bed comfort. Breakfast was outstanding, with a generous selection of fresh and tasty options. From fluffy pastries and fresh fruit to hot dishes made with quality ingredients, everything was well-prepared and satisfying.
The bed was equally impressive — the mattress was perfectly balanced between firm and soft, the pillows were supportive yet cozy, and the linens felt fresh and soft. I slept so well that it was hard to get up in the morning (even for that great breakfast!).
Overall, a wonderful combination of a delicious start to the day and a truly restful night’s sleep.

The room was clean and the beds were soft and comfortable, the bathroom was neat with good water pressure, my husband loved it. The staff were so nice and helpful. Wi-Fi worked well, and everything I needed was there and the breakfast was amazing. It was a good stay. I left there feeling refreshed I would definitely come back again.

Staff was courteous and kind. Clean facilities. Bar had a good selection. Free parking garage once you know where to park. Location good for walking to good restaurants and venues.
