My colleague, Zainab, has had the worst experience with this place. She made a booking, paid her deposit, and they cancelled her booking. Keep in mind that leave has been applied for, and then when she calls to resolve the matter, the "manager" tells her they can cancel bookings; it is a rule. On what planet is it okay to cancel a paid booking and then be belligerent toward the client? This is absurd. I have never witnessed poor service like this in my life. It is totally unacceptable that a paying customer is treated this way. If this is how they treat clients who make bookings more than once a year, then I don't know and feel sorry for future clients of this establishment. I have previously been at Goudini, and my experience, at best, was underwhelming. We stayed in the Slanghoek villas, and it was not that great
