"Small, charming, delightful hotel located very close to the UNESCO world sites……in fact, the Basilica di San Vitale was located directly across the street from our hotel room. Breakfast was an additional fee but served in a quiet private garden and great way to start our visit of historic Ravenna (small, walkable small town not overly full of souvenir shops and tour groups). The hotel is located in a beautifully refurbished mansion (I believe) with several large rooms open to guests to read, recap the adventures of the day, and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Our particular room was small, but clean and comfortable. Our entire experiences at Le Case di San Vitale and Ravenna was reminiscent of the series of movies from the 1980’s showing life in southern France and northern Italy …… slow, gentle, delicious meals and a memorable glow"

"Gironda is a fabulous place to stay in Ravenna. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. The design is also remarkable, as the inn is a historic residence with centuries old frescoes and ultramodern updates. It's located in the heart of the city, easily walkable to all monuments and great restaurants. The owner, Emanuela, is a wonderful host, very helpful and hospitable. The breakfast too is first rate! Truly one of the best places I've stayed. I highly recommend!"

"Terrible experience. No elevator and all rooms are either up 1 or 2 flights of stairs. When we got to the room it was hotter than the sun in the room. Tried to turn up the air conditioner but it wasn’t working. Went to front desk and she tried to fix it but no help. All we got was a fan. Bathroom is extremely small. Don’t even have room to lather up in the shower."

"This hotel is next to the beach with free parking, good breakfast, nice pool. Walls and our room floor needs a little fix but otherwise hotel and room was clean and nice. Make sure your rooms price has air-condition otherwise it costs 5€/day.  A few hotel staff spoke English but we still hot a good service. I would definitely go to this hotel again. 👌"

Hotel Marina Beach - Azzurro Club

"This hotel is located close to the beach. The staff is very friendly especially the animation team does a good job of talking to the people staying here. The rooms are generally clean, but also very loud so you can hear anyone talking or using the toilet near you at night. The pool is nice and the lifeguard is doing a good job. Fresh beach towels are available each day. Unfortunately it has opening hours so there are parts of the day where you can not use the pool. The hotel also has access to the beach. However, we had a very unpleasant experience with a lady from the staff at the beach shouting and yelling at us because we did not speak italian and had picked the wrong sun chair. The breakfast is very limited but the coffee is great. The hotel features an app where you every day can pick an entre, a primi a secondi and a desert which is great. The dinner however tends to be a bit chaotic and you don't always get the food you ordered in the app and it often looks nothing like the pictures. This is a very authentic italian stay. Lido Adriano features a market 2 days a week. You are in driving distance of San Marino, Commachio, Ravenna etc."
