"I really enjoyed staying at the hotel Centrale Byron as the reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and multilingual. Even the cleaning lady was cheerful which made me feelvery welcome. The hotel’s location in the historic city centre is perfect for exploring the sights, shopping and eating out (the mercato coperto with its bars & restaurants is just around the corner). The train station is a 8-10min walk away. The room was practical & convenient: the furniture was not the most modern but well maintained and there was a desk, a fridge, a haidryer and a small tv. The bath room was tiny and I had to wiggle around the door to reach the sink. But everything was sparkling clean. My single room had a proper small single bed — something I only know from Italy. I slept well, though. The only thing that was a bit negative was that you could hear your room neighbours through the walls. Breakfast was served with a choice if cereals, jams, cold cuts & cheeses, breads and croissants as well as real Italian café prepared freshly."

"It's a special experience because the decoration and collection of this hotel are museum-level, and the breakfast is homemade bread and pastries, which are super delicious. The reception was warm and simple, and drinks and water were available from the refrigerator. The grounds have beautiful flowers and a lovely balcony. Next time I come, I will definitely visit again. Very beautiful memories, as warm as the sunshine here. Thank you 🙏"

"Very convenient location right next to the beach. Very friendly and attentive staff at the hotel and "Animatores" at the beach. Rooms are very small, but ok since we did not spend much time there besides to sleep. Excellent food, with good choice even for vegetarians. It would be helpful though if the food descriptions where in English as well, not just Italian. We were surprised that the animation programme was not just for kids, but for adults as well. I also joined some sport activities which was nice. Our kids did not join many activities without parents because they felt insecure as the only ones not speaking Italian. Overall we had a great time at King Marte and got exactly what we wanted (a relaxing beach holiday). "
