"Rauriserhof is an excellent , family run hotel with great and relaxed atmosphere, located in the picturesque alpine village of Rauris.Skibus stop is just outside the hotel.We stayed in rooms facing the mountains with great views. Managers and all staff members are very friendly , always present , extremely helpful and professional. Hotel and our rooms were very clean, thanks to non visible , but very professional cleaning team. We were served excellent food made of high quality, locally sourced ingredients.Dining atmosphere and service was fantastic! In terms of activities, every day at breakfast we received Morning News with suggestions and tips of the day on how to spend time in The Rauriserhof hotel or in the nature . We spent most days on snowy mountain slopes. Inside the hotel outdoor heated pool and indoor panorama swimming pool were main family attraction before dinner. We also used stylish hotel lobby area, wich provided comfort, space and great atmosphere for relaxation and socialising . "We have been visiting Hotel Alpina for over 15 years for our annual snowboarding holiday, and there’s a reason we keep coming back – it is simply outstanding in every way. German is not our first language, but the staff are incredibly patient and speak excellent English, which makes us feel completely at ease. The food is another highlight and easily exceeds typical 4-star standards. Breakfast offers a wonderful hot and cold selection with great coffee to fuel a full day on the mountain. In the evenings, dinner is a real treat – a generous salad buffet, starter, soup, choice of main course, and delicious dessert every night, plus a cheese board if you can manage it! "What a fantastic hotel. You must remember this is an Austrian hotel in Austria. There is no English breakfast or English TV , it’s not benidorm . The hotel is family run and is immaculate. Different theme nights add to holiday. Walking distance from the main gondola. Totally worth the money and stay. Just one big warm welcome. Returning next year .fantastic hotel."
