"We visit this hotel every year and we are soo grateful to all who work at the hotel. They are so kind and caring. They work so hard to make your stay there, the best it could be. Jamel & David are fantastic in the bar, Miklos is wonderful on reception too, with the rest of reception team. They are always smiling and ready to help. The food is fabulous, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel owners, Martin & Sandra are always around, mingling with their guests to make sure your stay is perfect. A wonderful place. You have Super Christian in the Spa area. He helps with face and body scrubs. Lots of good activities like snow walking, candle light walks. Thank you for the PREFECT skiing holiday ."

The hotel is immaculately clean throughout, from the bedrooms to the communal areas and dining room. The standards are exceptional and have genuinely set the benchmark by which we judge every other hotel we stay in! Thomas and Carmen have created something very special here. They provide a fantastic guest experience, supported by a team that is warm, welcoming and always happy to help. German is not our first language, but the staff are incredibly patient and speak excellent English, which makes us feel completely at ease.
