"Disappointing Experience – Avoid this place I recently stayed at KC’s Restaurant and Home in Sauraha, Chitwan, and had a terrible experience. We booked a suite room (B103), expecting comfort, but the AC was not working in the peak summer heat. Despite multiple complaints, the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. They neither fixed the issue nor offered any reasonable solution. A suite room at this price should come with basic amenities functioning properly, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Definitely not worth the money if you’re expecting a comfortable stay. Would not recommend this place"

"We stayed 3 nights in the National Park Hotel and the whole time we felt more than welcome! Suraj is a wonderful and really helpful host, always with a smile on his face. You can feel that the Hotel and his guests are his passion. It’s absolutely warmhearted and highly recommended. We also did Jeep tours and a hike in the Park with the guide Mohan. Mohan is incredible experienced, patiently and super nice. He made our tours unforgettable! Thank you National Park Hotel… It was just amazing!!!"

"What a charming place. While it is centrally located with shops and restaurants on your doorstep, the hotel feels surprisingly peaceful thanks to its expansive gardens with different places to sit and relax. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Gopal. It was immediately obvious that he genuinely cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make their stay special. He took the time to explain everything and was always happy to answer questions. Our bungalow-style room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were good, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good on both mornings, and we also got our laundry done through the hotel. We did a half-day walking safari with Gopal and Som. It started with a canoe trip along the river, where we were able to see crocodiles from a safe distance! Throughout the walk, we felt completely safe in their hands and were impressed by their extensive knowledge of the jungle and wildlife. They were generous in sharing what they knew, which made the experience even more interesting. Later, we did a jeep safari with Som and saw rhinos in the wild, which was an incredible experience. While we felt the safari was a little long, seeing these animals in their natural habitat made it worthwhile. Speaking of rhinos, we just missed seeing two fighting rhinos in the hotel car park on our first evening! We booked directly with the hotel, and communication before our arrival was excellent. Mr Rijal Senior, the owner, was often around the property and took the time to chat with us. He has built a wonderful team, and Gopal, Som, and the rest of the staff are a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending Travellers Jungle Camp"
