"Good hotel, everything was clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable for me. Staff was great. Only thing that bothered me was that the breakfast was amazing on the first morning of my stay, but then a bit disappointing after - a staple like bacon was missing, there was no fried eggs, and I highly preferred the potato croquettes over the potato wedges."

"The hotel looks neat, clean, and pleasant. However! Upon arrival in December, we were given a twin deluxe room (there were only two of us🧐) instead of a double deluxe room. We were told it was overbooked. But it didn't stop there. We were given a room with a slept-in, unmade bed that simply hadn't been cleaned. In other words, with our tired heads (it was 10:30 PM), we went to the reception. We were given a single room again, naturally with a small double bed instead of a decent double bed. The next day, we went to the reception for compensation or possibly a room at the hotel near the airport. We were told it was fully booked. As compensation, we were offered a free breakfast for Sunday and a discount on the room. This was supposed to be emailed to Hotelspecials by the long-haired figure. Nice story. It didn't surprise me at all, but 3 weeks later I contacted Hotelspecials. Naturally, I hadn't received an email, and they knew nothing about it. They then forwarded our complaint to Relaxa, adding that the response would take some time given that it concerns a busy hotel chain. Guess what? Nothing. The long-haired monstrosity did absolutely nothing for us at the hotel and thought, "Back to the Netherlands tomorrow, bye-bye." In other words: Looks neat at first glance, breakfast good, but certainty of a booked room... don't count on it. Keeping promises... definitely not. Never again. 🤔"
