You don't have to travel on gravel to get to the property. 1 block from Cenex station and 4 blocks from local restaurant and bar. Great location for hunting or fishing trip. Basic farmhouse with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Highly recommended for your hunting or fishing base camp.

Fall stay ‘24
The property is older, and comes with older house features. Things aren’t perfect, but they’re well thought out. If you’re afraid of a little bit of dust and dirt this isn’t the house for you. Overall the property was clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you might need. Access to a large freezer. The beds were comfortable. This home provided a great place to stay for a group of friends with their dogs. We did have a few inconveniences like the dryer not working and the furnace not working, but the host was responsive and addressed the concerns immediately. Both issues were thankfully resolved by the end of our stay.

Unclean Mold
Awful mold smell, very unclean, dirty place. Beds and couch literally wet from humidity,. Had to leave late at night and book a motel.

Fishing trip
The property worked well for our small group. Everything was adequately furnished. Plenty of room for boat parking and an outside fish cleaning station.

FISHING TRIP
Stayed for 4 nights. fished Waubay and Bitter lakes. Access to Waubay boat ramps is about 12 miles to Grenville and Kanago Ramps. both are good boat ramps.
