they are not providing even bisleri water.
hygiene is very poor.
location is very dirty
The swimming pool is very dirty and outsiders are always using the pool.

Look wise the area is very bad rooms are big but hygiene is very poor and even they are not providing a bisleri water also.

I booked a suite room in loki from 4-9 may but checked out on 6th may ..asked hotel to refund me back 2 nights stay but was denied..

Very sub-standard facility.
Old and damaged furniture and bathroom fittings are not working properly.

Room allotment was handled poorly. Initially they allocated a room and then later during midnight (after we came back from outside), they asked us to shift to another room. In middle of the night, we got to pack and move which is really frustrating
The newly allocated room had bad smell (someone smoking or earlier stay guest smoked badly) that we couldn't bare the smell. Had to call room boy for a spray. However the smell stayed throughout our stay
