Service was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Location was very good, close to transport and eateries. Ambience was very pleasant. Cleanliness was okay; there were hairs in the blankets and bedding and towels, and there was a stale smell in the room on the second day - may be a plumbing problem. Thanks

Place is great unfortunately after a 7 hour drive arriving Friday evening we could not get any hot water in the shower. We tried for half an hour. Hard to get kids into an ice cold shower before bed. Shower door also super awkward.

Won't ever stay anywhere else ever !!!

The single room is much quieter on the inner street, not as noisy as the double room near the street, and the room is smaller

The hotel is self-catering and is within walking distance of Coogee Beach and Prince of Wales Hospital. It is conveniently located.

The room facilities are OK, very close to UNSW, 10 minutes walk, Coogee Beach 10 minutes
