"This was our second time that we choose to stay at Etna Quota Mille and agin we were really satisfied with the service, staff, cleaness of the room, reasturat and surrounding. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. For sure we will come again. Keep it up!!!"

"We were supposed to stay at the Esperia Palace hotel for 4 nights, but we left after 2 nights. The room assigned to us was spacious, with a nice balcony and an equally comfortable bathroom. Unfortunately this is the only positive note; for the rest nothing that could remotely correspond to a 5 star hotel: dirty sinks, dust everywhere, dirty carpet in the corridors; only one pillow per person and extremely uncomfortable; the beds were equally uncomfortable; poorly maintained (not to mention abandoned) outdoor spaces, the large pool with fountain on the terrace adjacent to the hall is out of order and covered with a tarpaulin; bar service practically non-existent so if you want to eat something during the day you have to go to the town (about 900 m away); Less than mediocre buffet breakfast. The receptionists to whom we complained were friendly, but they were not in a position to remedy the situation in any way and the total absence of a manager to turn to was noticeable. Of course we did not receive any refund for the two nights which we did not use and which we had paid for in advance upon arrival. "

"Last night, August 19th, we went up to Milo to get some fresh air and by pure chance we called this hotel/restaurant to reserve a table. We were greeted with the utmost kindness by Raffaele and Rosario. We ordered fried food, pizzoli, panna cotta, and melon, and my husband had a glass of wine recommended by Raffaele. What can I say... a WONDERFUL experience! The fried food was superb, as were the pizzoli and panna cotta. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food as an alternative to the usual pizza. Thanks guys, and see you next time!"

"We enjoyed our stay at SHS! Great location with private parking. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating.  Special Thanks to Pierre Paola who was of utmost help when we remembered that we forgot valuables in our room’s safe!! "Excellent hotel! I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Sicily and wants a quiet place to relax between sightseeing days. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great with many options. The hotel is located 2km from the beach, but there is a free shuttle that transports guests. There, guests have free access to a beach club with great food and drinks. The only things that could be improved are the TV, with few channel options, and the Wi-Fi, which didn't work very well in the first few days. The gym could also be improved. Small things that didn't spoil the great stay we had."

Booked with my wife the wellness path of one hour (everything very beautiful and clean) absolutely reserved and exclusive only for us and a relaxing massage of half an hour each (very good). Welcomed very well and everything very well served. I recommend, we will go again."
