On the basis of reviews, I opted, but surely it is not suited for senior citizen. They have not provided basic facility like buckets also in the bathroom. Before allotting the room, it is better to verify whether the room is ready in all respects, which has not been done. There is no geyser in any room, I was told. They offer Heating rods to make hot water. However, there was no socket in the bath room. We are senior citizen and we have to bring water from the bath room to the bed room, use heating coil to heat it and take back to the bathroom. Though we booked for 4 days, within 2 days we left it. However, a supplier in the hotel was quite good who always tried to serve promptly. I saw a kind soul only in him.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no geyser, so hot water was not available even in the morning. Basic services were completely missing—no room cleaning, no staff support, and no proper amenities. Despite this, the charges were very high and absolutely not worth it. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

The hotel was decent. Wasn't much spacious but okay enough. The staff were good and helpful. They called to inform about breakfast and confirmed too whether I'll be joining. They were good and overall the hotel was decent.

Very good service, located only 5 mins from Ranchi station, just need to change pillows, overall very good, food is also very good, staff behaviour is also very good, only bedsheet and pillows need a bit cleaning

Pros: Nice location, supportive staff and clean rooms. Cons: The room size are too small and having no ventilation. They should improve it and at least one refrigerator must be in the room. They can add bathroom amanitas ***** with it.

I loved my stay at the hotel. Please book the hitel. It isnon station road in the heart of the ciy. 10 minutes walking distance from ranchi railway station. I lived the staff. Please book the hotel you will not regrt it

Good stay. I loved my stay. The staff are amazing. The breakfast quality great. Please visit the hotel. It is in close proximity to Ranchi railway station. I loved my stay. Highly recommend this property to everyone
