Ok for a solo traveller but only just. No hot water for shower all weekend, no lift so be careful if you have trouble with your health like I have. Bumpy bed not very pleasant

Avoid at all costs, hotel is. Very dated , mouldy and dirty. Carpet wasnt hovered for very long time, toilet doesn't flash water well.

Absolutely fantastic Hotel, owner Andy is so helpful along with his staff, (big shout out to Sebastian) who did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect, we had a sea view room which overlooked the Harbour which was amazing. The Hotel was very clean and whilst the rooms were above the Royal Oak Pub there was no noise during the evening/night. I as a regular visitor to Ramsgate and stayed in a few Hotels but this one is by far my favourite! I will be back again soon.
