After changing the name of the resort , now they are focusing less on customer satisfaction as now their staff is careless towards customer requirements specially with small kids. This resort location is very good this was the best part of our new year celebration

Overall nice feeling, Good Service , Staff is polite, Excellent Location. We went at December end with family and booked family suite . Specious room . Bar tender was very nice . Amazing experience for off road . You find yourself in the lap of nature .

The resort, situated in a remote wilderness area, offers transportation for guests from the main parking area to facilitate movement ***** the access road. This typical trekking route contributed an additional charm to our experience. The resort itself is stunning, impeccably maintained, and staffed by courteous and polite personnel. The buffet selection for all three meals was diverse and lavish. In addition to comfortable accommodations, the property features a children's park, horse riding, and various activities for young children. Our three-night stay was enjoyable and satisfying. I would certainly recommend this property to others.

Pet friendly resort in the heart of Jim Corbett. Amazing hospitality from Kailash,Ishwar and Jitendra. Good for children as they have a few birds (duck, turkey, etc.) and animals (sheep, dog, etc) on the property as well. Would surely visit again.

Best part of my visit is staying in between the Jungle which is why it’s makes a difference staying with Saraca, pool area to their activity area all fits well for a family friends who are coming together/ solo. Apart from that food quality is above expectations with lemon grass teas n all all were of top quality.

Absolutely Brilliant in all aspects. The room size , the shuttle decor, the food and the service .. our holiday felt more than complete. The 10 min rugged drive was the BEST. LOVED THE JEEP DRIVE ON A RUGGED ROAD. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The chai stall was lively and lovely. The animals were well kept. The bar had the best liquor.

The resort is spacious with well maintained rooms and a great atmosphere. We had opted for full bording and it makes sense as there are no other options nearby. All meals were outstanding with amazing service with special mention for Ishwar and Jitender. The safaris were well organised too. A couple of suggestions on the safaris. There should be some blankets provided especially for the morning safaris as it gets very cold in an open jeep. Also there should be better advice given for which gates to choose etc., as some gates are an hour away from the resort. And lastly never have I seen tea/coffee not being provided by a resort before the morning safaris or to take ***** in a thermos. But it was still a wonderfu experience and these are just suggestions for an even better one.l

It’s a beautiful property in the middle of a jungle. The rooms are very nice and gives a very cosy feeling. The food is too good, like every meal we had there was top. Jagdish Ji, Harish Ji & Ishwar made sure that we are fully satisfied with our stay. Thank you so much again :)
