Fire alarm set off 2 times in the middle of the night causing panic to everyone and we couldn’t sleep. That was bad experience and I moved to another hotel after. They gave nice breakfast at least.

The room is relatively small
I chose a hotel closer to the customer for a business trip
Taking a taxi is also very expensive, many taxis are Mercedes-Benz
Israel is more expensive
Restaurants are even more expensive. A bowl of noodles costs 100 RMB

The hotel is located in the Ramat Gan district outside Tel Aviv, very close to the train station. The room is not big, but the bathroom is quite big. I booked a sunset view room and was given the wrong room. There was no view at all and the windows were very small.

My review begins with compliments to the Indigo team at the Ramat Gan / Tel Aviv location. I submitted several requests in advance of arrival... none of which were outrageous but where of the type that the hotel could have legitimately replied no to. In fact, a different hotel in Herzliya did reply no to one of the same requests, whereas the Hotel Indigo Tel Aviv gladly obliged. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the air conditioning in the room was terrific. The breakfast buffet was a bit of an extra payment, but as IHG loyalty members we were offered a discount on its cost at check-in, which was a nice circumstance. We enjoyed our stay so much that we tweaked our schedule later in the trip and appended two additional nights back here at this same hotel.

Gem in Diamond District SC
Very convenient choice for us for one night we needed a hotel in that area. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly, especially Michael at reception. Room was clean and comfortable. I felt taken care of.

Great way to spend NYE
Lovely hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. Staff is top notch and very helpful. The breakfast is tasty and the rooms are great! I will be back soon and often!

Amazing service and the pool has an awesome view, Also the breakfast is a really good value for money. I’d really recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Tel Aviv without going bankrupt while being 5 minutes away from the city centre using the light rail. Thanks again to the amazing staff ❤️
