Absolutely amazing service and stay! I spoke mainly with Jeremiah who was so helpful getting me in for early check in. The hotel itself is in a quiet area right off the highway. Easy access to O'Reilly, McDonalds, and Sheetz. The only downside is that the access to the hotel is one way or through the other parking lots from the businesses listed. But, it wasn't bad at all and peaceful! The hotel room itself that I booked was a double bed. The ample space and welcoming environment was so nice! I felt right at home.

Very clean, smells great, convenient, but noisy. Unfortunately, being conveniently off of the interstate and a busy road, there is a lot of road noise all day and night. We stayed in an even number room which was next to the road. Maybe an odd number room would be quitter. Other than the noise it was great!

When a customer tells you that they had something stolen from the gym maybe a reply that wasn’t “well there is only 1 of me and 20+ guests. What do you want me to do?” Would be nice. Will not stay here again due to the fact that the staff shared no care at all over my $50 cup that was stolen from the gym facility. Hallways are also very hot!

Stayed here 3 nights for business. The room was clean but the AC started having an issue on the 2nd night which wasn’t ideal. The front desk people were all very friendly. Especially the night guy working the front desk he tried to fix my AC issue the best he could which I did appreciate. The breakfast in the morning could definitely improve but the coffee was very good. If I was in the area again and needed a place to stay I would stay there again but would want a good working AC unit.

Great staff and rooms. Very clean and the outdoor pool was well care for. Many conveniences nearby for food and beverage services. The bonus of having a full size refrigerator in the room and microwave really made it nice. The front desk staff was also exceptionally helpful to amend my reservation and got the Diamond Membership customer service connected to amend my stay as my plans changed. My visit was due to attending a Baseball Tournament and most of the team stayed here and were happy
