Ourida Urban Hotel Rabat Reviews

The hotel is in 15-minute walk from Rabat Agdal Station. The room was rather clean, though required renovation. There was no trash bin in the room (yeah, none at all), no socket by the bed, furniture was worn, as well as sanitary. Musty smell all around. The breakfast was okay for me. Please note that they don't serve anything gluten free for breakfast, there was just some pastry, ham and corn flakes.

I hope trip.com will not recommend this hotel anymore. The hotel is using the old style of hotel ID, maybe they want to preserved their culture. I was surprised that my room has no air conditioner, and I came in June which summer had begin. I am really sorry to be frank in this comment. Another things, my room’s lighting was too dimmed that make me really uncomfortable.

This hotel is real morroco. Little scuffed at the edges but full of character and charm. Staff were very friendly and whatever I needed they helped me with. For the price this hotel is brilliant and the breakfast is traditional morrocan breakfast. It’s Not perfect but after a few days felt like home. Thanks everyone at the hotel xx Shane

This is a very nice hotel. The hotel is located a little far from the center. I walked to the Medina (the historical center of the city) in 25 minutes, and the walk to the ocean took 20 minutes. There is a large grocery store next to the hotel, although the breakfasts at the hotel were very tasty. Polite staff. Once they forgot to bring shampoo and a hotel kit to the room, but they quickly corrected the situation when I reminded them about it.

Everything in the hotel was good, from the staff, the cleanliness, and the market value.

I can't review about the internal things, but I can say their custom service is terrible. They never refund the bookings. Even I didn't get the key and go to another hotel, they didn't refund. I requested them many times, they were just playing around.

In the center of the city good location

The hotel is quiet. Wi-Fi works great. Breakfast buffet is good. The staff is friendly. Checked in at 12 noon.

The hotel's attention to detail can be felt in every detail - the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, lying down feels like being wrapped in clouds, and you can sleep well all night; the room is well soundproofed, and you can't hear any noise from the corridor or the neighborhood. The shower has sufficient water pressure, and the amenities are elegant and high-end fragrances, which instantly wash away fatigue. I especially like the leisure lounge chair by the floor-to-ceiling window. The afternoon sun shines in, and I make a cup of tea and stare blankly, and all the tiredness of the journey is cured. The staff's service is also gentle and thoughtful, and every time I return to the hotel, I feel relaxed like "going home". If you are looking for a lazy and comfortable vacation, this is definitely the perfect choice!

The hotel is too old, the facilities are insufficient, the air conditioner can't be turned on, and there is no trash can in the room; but the breakfast is good.

The accommodation experience is indeed satisfactory. The hotel room is large, and the water pressure and temperature of the bathroom shower are very comfortable. I am really comforted, because in other places in Morocco, either the shower water pressure is very poor or there is no hot water. This place is satisfactory. The sanitation is acceptable. It would be better if the room could provide a hair dryer, which would be more convenient for ladies. 

The location is excellent! It is about 350 meters away from a very fashionable shopping mall and the highly rated restaurant Dar Naji (Tajine, couscous). It is very convenient for shopping and eating! Carrefour is downstairs. The hotel lobby is unique. It is a cost-effective hotel with a room rate of two to three hundred. It is the only hotel on the trip that provides mineral water. The room even has a small living room and a bathtub. The facilities are old, but breakfast is included. The bed sheets and quilts are simple. The hotel staff are friendly and help to stop taxis. The last three pictures are pictures of Dar Naji. The price is too good. The Tajine is 60 dirhams (44 yuan), and the couscous is only available on Fridays.

The hotel has a great location and complete supporting facilities. I didn't book on Ctrip the next day, so I extended my stay at the front desk. Although the price is higher than on Ctrip, it is still worth recommending. The free breakfast is very rich, the front desk service attitude is professional, and because I didn't have change for the taxi, the foreman personally helped me find the change for payment.
