It’s located in a nice neighbourhood adjacent to the best shopping mall in Quito. Staff are courteous and offers nice breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel on my first day in Quito. It is a well-established five-star hotel with complete facilities and warm service. However, it is a bit difficult to communicate in spoken language. The food is OK. White people's food is so monotonous everywhere, and the taste cannot be compared with Chinese food. The hotel has good security, which has dispelled my worries about Ecuador.

It was very good, but the interesting thing is that the hotel overcharged me 100 dollars, and they didn't answer the phone when I contacted them. Later, Ctrip paid me 100 dollars. This is incredible.

Next to the former Mexican Embassy. It was experiencing power cuts. Overall, it was a good stay for the second time. Good breakfast. Prices are high.

The room was nice, the breakfast was good, but the check-in time was strictly limited to 3pm

The room facilities are good and the sanitary conditions are good
