Didier and Paulo were perfect hosts. They provided us with all the information we needed as well as making us feel very welcome and at home. We loved the eclectic artwork and decorations of the room along with traditional French features. We also loved the vibe of Quillan, has a great community feel that puts people first.

Amazing!!!! There is absolutely nothing else I can say!!!! The discussions, food and welcome atmosphere was wonderful!!! My daughter and I stayed here along with our friends from London as we journeyed on a horse riding trip. The dinners were absolutely amazing and we will for sure return!!!

Fabulous. Didier and Paulo are charming and really want you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. We were lucky enough to have had dinner with them arranged on our behalf and it was a culinary delight. The rooms are comfortable and everything is clean.

This was my second time to stay at Nidelice. The proprietors are friendly & engaging. The room was comfortable. The location is very convenient. Definitely recommend.

We felt totally at home and part of Paulo and Diduer’s family from the moment we arrived. From the freshly baked apple pie for breakfast to the many glasss of wine in the evening, the conversations were amazing and ranged around the world. Paulo is Portuguese and well travelled. The little bar next door was also very friendly. The local policeman. found us a good restaurant and even drove with us to find it

Herzlicher Empfang, grosszügiges, sehr wohnlich eingerichtetes Zimmer, viele Details, tadellose Sauberkeit und eine Matratze, auf der man einfach gut schlafen MUSS. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.
