Tôi book ở FLC theo diện trao đổi kỳ nghỉ qua RCI, ở 6 đêm tại FLC (2 booking), và họ miss cả 2 booking của tôi. Nhân viên check booking có vẻ khá khó chịu, và không hề có 1 lời xin lỗi nào về việc trên. The buffet was great, but the room was moldy, and we had to request a room change. We had two rooms in total, and the lock on the second room’s door was broken—it was never fixed. Be aware that you cannot bring food or drinks into your room, and if you’re caught, there’s a $200 USD fine. This means bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited, which is ridiculous considering we’re paying to stay at a resort, not a prison. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is in serious need of maintenance. It also looks like half of it is still under construction. We stayed in the “Luxury Tower,” but the only luxury aspect was the balcony view of the beach. If you’re expecting a five-star experience, lower your expectations to a 2-3 star level, and you’ll be fine. Good luck!

I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down.
A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and won't go swimming before then. Only one restaurant on site which couldn't make the fresh juice on their menu because they said they were too busy. There were like 3 tables out of a 30 tables full. No aircon in the lobby areas. There were several other ones I could talk about but yeah again it says 5 stars but its more like 4.
If you think you're getting a good deal because you see 5 stars you're not. Spend the extra money and go to an international Hotel brand. If you want a 4 stsr hotel with pretty decent villa then stay here but keep expectations low like I did and you'll be good

Extremely bad - 90% of the staff do not know foreign languages, have not received basic training - food is all frozen, vegetables and fruits bought at the local market - rooms are extremely dirty, the surrounding area has many snakes and centipedes - the hotel cheats on workers' salaries, has not paid for a long time - not worthy of a 2-star hotel, not even as good as a high-class motel in the city - owes social insurance to workers - facilities are degraded. For more than 10 years, they have not been repaired - room rates are too expensive, rude attitude

200 + company members stayed upto 3 days in FLC Luxury Quy Nhon . Great for events , functions , weddings and big groups . Huge resort to accommodate all rooms and bungalow sizes , Luxury amenities, very very clean private beach with sports activities and great convention hall for events .
