On arrival my bedding was covered in brown and red stains. Towels were covered in yellow stains. Seat covers were also stained. The mattress was just colors of the rainbow. Throughout my stay there were bugs constantly even after "pest control" if you can call it that. Terrible service and filthy place. Won't recommend.

Very simple and basic lodging. A fair deal near MRT Gilmore station and Robinsons Magnolia. The place is clean but toiletries are not available in the room so you have to bring your own.

There was a brownout, they only used the generator at night. We had one single light, no air conditioning, couldn't even charge our cellphone. Roach infested. I highly recommend no one ever stays here.

Studio Luxe In Princeton Residences poor communication. Front desk is only there and dont provide any servies. You need a card to enter the front door of the building and was never given one. the key to the room was left inside the room with the door unlocked. When we got there, apparently staff had used the unit to wash thir clothes and the clothes were still there hanging and laying on the table etc. I was concerned during the stay for safety due to not knowing how many people had keys.

It's very hard to find parking in the area. The property parking is very limited and always full during the weekend.
