I've stayed at this hotel several times, but this time I was disappointed.
The blankets were dirty, maybe because they hadn't been washed properly. The shower towels weren't prepared in the room in advance...I had to call to get them.
The soundproofing was poor, so I could hear the noise from the next room.
I couldn't enter the parking lot, so I had a fight with the security guard and barely managed to park..The security guard said it was full and there were no spaces, but when I went in, there were. When I complained again, he said that my car was too big...The size of my SUV and my passenger vehicle are similar.
The desk charged me for parking, but when I complained, they said that the customer who arrived first got the priority to park...It was unpleasant to see all these excuses...

The location of this hotel is good for going to the clubs around the GMA TV station, but the neighborhood is not very safe.
The sheets in the room were dusty and dirty.
The only amenities provided were bath towels, and unfortunately no toothbrushes or face towels.

Hotel has become a little old and tired but ok for its price. We stayed for a few hours as were watching a concert at araneta. Location is great overall
