I recently stayed at your hotel and was very disappointed with the experience, which did not match the high rating of 9.0 on your platform. - The room had a window, but it faced a wall and could not be opened. - There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room. - No toothbrush or basic toiletries were provided. - Slippers were not free and had to be purchased. - The bed sheets and towels were old, stained, and looked unwashed. - There was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk. These issues were not clearly stated on the booking page and do not meet the expectations of a hotel with such a high rating. I feel misled by the listing. i book 7 days, just stay 1 day left the bad hotel, but trip.com and hotels no refund any money, hotel refuse to refund. Don’t book this hotel very bad

It was just right for a short stay and solo traveller. It was a few walks near to shopping malls, Araneta Coliseum and 7/11. It’s quieter even if my room was located just across the road. Very friendly and accommodating and helpful staffs too. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
