The hotel didn’t state that the room is right at the back of the hotel building. It is an isolated room and dark with bad lighting . I requested to make a change for a room but was told there wasn’t any room to changed so I just checked out and move to another hotel on the very night. The service at the front desk is also not the best service I received. There is no lift in the hotel as well, I had to carry my two luggage of 20kg each up the stairs

La habitación cómoda, limpia pero vieja y huele a humedad. Puedes contar con los personales del hotel cuando quieras.
No hay secadora en el cuarto. El restaurante establecido en el área de recepción se ve muy lindo.

Perfect location. They have a free shuttle but it’s a 5 min walk from the airport to the hotel. I’ve stayed there several times

Great place to stay, staff great, location great, but I was eaten alive by mosquitos this time, I mean eaten up. Had to pull sheet off bed and make a tent to sleep under, not so comfortable, and hot and stuffy. Any way to resolve this?

The Historic hotel was built in 1825, fortunately it's been updated and is a great place to stay while you are in Santiago del Querétaro . Beds were comfortable and the convienence to walking in el Centro Historico can't be beat.
Very Good restaurant too.
