設施太差，兩三千一晚的房費，牙刷拖鞋不如國內七天的水準。床墊子，簡直了，睡了一個小時，徹底睡不成，渾身難受。

Borgo ca' dei Sospiri 3/5 OK We are a family of five adults and we had booked three bedrooms. Pros: Clean, well maintained comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms with beautiful surroundings, ample parking. Very handy for visiting Venice. Cons: very strict, unnecessary and unusual rules for a supposedly four star hotel verging on the draconian, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and not at ease which affected our enjoyment. Insect screens on the windows of our three bedrooms were damaged exposing us to severe insect bites that required medical treatment. Our rooms were right above the hotel restaurant and there was always unpleasant smell particularly in the morning. Would we stay there again? No, unless we didn’t have a better option !!!

Return visit to this wonderful hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Lovely reception staff, with great knowledge of how to plan your day in Venice. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to and from the nearby railway station for visiting Venice, and explain to you the timetable and train to catch on your return. Breakfast is continental but really has everything you could want or need. Rooms are comfortable, very clean, towels changed every day. Smart TV in room providing you with Netflix and Amazon prime.Already looking for dates for our return visit next year, must remember to bring my swimming shorts though as I forgot there was a pool .

This hotel is beautiful! It is in beautiful surroundings, inside and out is kept pristine. The staff are really friendly and always very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s close to a train station that you can use to get to and from Venice in 25 mins. The rooms are large and comfortable, they were cleaned daily, large bathrooms with big double showers. The restaurant on site is amazing with the most fresh tasty Italian food served daily from 7.30pm. The pool area is lovely and again immaculately clean. Would Love to visit again! Thanks so much! I almost don't want to review this hotel because it was so good that i would rather keep it a hidden gem. Beautiful grounds, lovely restaurant, amazing breakfast, excellent rooms, beds and bathrooms. Any complaints I have are petty. This is an excellent 4 star hotel well cared for and with many small touches that will surprise and please you. Our only wish was that we would have had a shower in the bathroom, but we had a spa tub with handshower that was also very nice. You will be happy to stay here. Short commute to venice by train. Easy access to the beaches. But you may rather just stay at the hotel, lounge by the beautiful pool, take your lunch and watch the swans by the river. Thank you so much for your hospitality and I truly hope to see you again.

Before I arrived at the hotel I emailed them seeking seeking assistance with taxi from the airport and asking could we have some drinks left in the room as we arrived very late . The hotel were very helpful and prompt coming back to me . The hotel had a very warm welcome and the staff really care well for their guests . The hotel has a beautiful outside pool and they supply towels at reception . We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was top class and they really have a special and talented Chef . Breakfast was lovely , high quality coffee machine , processo , eggs , croissant , eggs , bacon , sausage . Cakes . Overall, we felt very well looked after . This is a special hotel .
