住過這麼多酒店客棧，從來沒給過差評，這次真的忍不了了，剛進門，前台看着就很亂，然後到房間，打開門一看好像還行，畢竟這個價格在景區內旺季已經很便宜了，但是，細節做的太差了，床邊有一圈木頭邊，不小心磕到小腿特別疼，本來房間就宅，很容易磕到，廁所和浴室雖然是分開的，但是廁所全封閉，也沒個排氣扇，想給孩子洗個衣服，水龍頭的水竟然是黃的，水槽下面可能是水管漏了，水全部從洗手槽下面漏出來，水淌了一地，旁邊的洗手液瓶子裏殘留的洗手液也長黴了，洗澡漱口都不敢用水了，我想着用礦泉水漱口，結果房間沒有，連燒水壺也沒有，網絡也差，我們定了兩間房，一間有投影，壞的，另一間有電視，看不了。有一間房間裏連滅蚊器也沒有，孩子被蚊子咬了一臉包。真的被氣死了。

酒店衞生一般，住的床上還有長頭髮，和老闆説了一下，來從新清理，回來一看還是一樣的，之後自己解決的。不過位置不錯，在情人橋。

住了兩天 位置就在青龍山腳下 走過橋就到了 出行方便 附近吃飯的地方也很多 天氣如果再好一點 景色會更美一些~~

房間確實很好，設施新，床品好，在普者黑村裡邊算是非常有格調檔次的裝修了，訂了無窗的大床房，有中央空調一樣挺好的，離情人橋很近，唯一的不足就是水需要改善一下。

房間設施略顯簡陋，窗户有遮擋，晚上用電高峯時出現停電現象。服務意識有待提高，本來預訂了兩天，房卡第二天就不能用了。看見客人拎着行李箱下樓服務員沒有主動幫忙拿行李，態度冷淡
