A cute place with very friendly staff. I can't remember when was the last time I got welcomed this warmly into a hotel. The staff can help you with everything (one of the girls speaks ok English, but there's no problem with communicating via a machine translation as well).
There's also a restaurant in the same building, I got dinner and breakfast there, and can recommend the noodle soup (last picture).
There's no air-conditioning in the room, but the temperature was nice and cosy nonetheless (stayed in July).

The boss is so enthusiastic. He always greets you when he comes back. He also upgraded the room for free. The room is very nice and clean. Not far from the hotel is Lover's Bridge. There are also electric cars for rent, which is very convenient.
