這一次入住體驗很糟糕。床鋪看着很乾凈很整潔，晚上床上到處是小黑蟲子，三四種，到處爬來爬去的，一晚上都在進行滅蟲行動，體驗非常糟糕。早上退房跟前台（男的）反饋相關情況。沒有任何反應愛搭不理，頭都懶得抬，在撥弄手機，態度也是絕了。理解礦區附近的條件。但是不理解這種服務態度和意識。

酒店預留電話的聯繫人建議換一下，沒有服務意識就別幹這行，問個啥都不耐煩，咱這個地方雖然酒店少，但是你該有的東西得有。房價其實也還行，但是人均八十的標間步梯樓連瓶水都沒有，長見識了。

這輩子沒住過服務態度這麼差的酒店，5樓沒電梯，讓幫忙拿下行李，兩個男的在前台説沒人不拿，第二天退房就因為忘了拿房卡，換了一個女的跟**一樣，説忘了拿了，就開始罵人，辣雞中的辣雞酒店
