A pleasant welcome from the beginning, beautiful rooms with great service. Service at the beach was reliable and the bar with a wide selection of drinks and meals.

Zero management!!! Too good of a property for this below mediocre management. Staff totally based on personal skills not at all on a proper training and standards. You would find a few genuine professionals but majority totally and utterly unprofessional and uselessly unprepared. Unjustified pricing more expensive than a lot of much better places in Europe yet service below the lowest of a 3 stars standards. First day on a Saturday I woke up on the sound of workers hammering and changing glass handrail 10:30 in the morning on a weekend; Second day water outage in the morning at 10 o'clock and again at 5 o'clock Room preparation and cleanliness from check-in to check out you have to call them for every ABC service that should be done automatically What a disappointment and what a waste of money definitely never again!!!! Out of all of this 2 of the best people are Mina front office manager & the brilliant Sherif Leon. They've went over and above to try to fix but it's the system. Thank you Sherif, thank you Mina.

La struttura è nuova e questo certo è un pregio. Almaza Bay è un luogo bellissimo con spiaggie bianche e acque limpide, ma questo vale per ogni hotel della baia, anche meno costosi. Le stanze sono apie e confrotevoli, con ampio bagno e cabina armadio e un ampio balcone. Letto comodo e molto piacevole. Direi però che i pregi si fermano qui. Il personale salvo rare eccezioni, come Mina e il cameriere Ahmed, persone decisamente gentili e professionali, non ha la preparazione necessaria per operare in un 5 stelle e molte sono le mancanze, come la presenza di mozziconi in spiaggia e ai bordi dei giardinetti. Tutto il servizio è molto approssimativo e si sente l’assenza di una preparazione specifica del personale. Siamo stati in altre strutture della catena Jaz e ci siamo trovati ottimamente. Qui no. Menzione speciale per la cucina, decisamente non all’altezza delle aspettative. Monotona, poco curata e in grado di rovinare delle materie prima di per se valide

Resort nuovissimo e molto bello, nella posizione migliore della spiaggia di Almaza Bay. Spiaggia chiara, acqua cristallina di colore turchese. Sembra una piscina. La zona è spesso ventilata, per certi versi è positivo perché rende più sopportabile il caldo. Essendo un resort internazionale la cucina per un italiano è di livello medio. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. Una bellissima esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Una settimana da sogno In una struttura meravigliosa dove la gentilezza regna ovunque. Resort nuovissimo e di conseguenza sotto certi aspetti se si vuole trovare un difetto e’ che la vegetazione e’ appena stata piantata e ancora non e’ rigogliosa come in altre strutture adiacenti….ma se cercate l’eleganza, questo e’ il resort adatto… La spiaggia è dotata di meravigliose tende a gazebo con lettini super comodi…si trova nella baia di Almaza.. Il personale è di una gentilezza unica. Camere ampie stupende.. L’armonia dell’acqua delle piscine e delle tante fontane e’ molto rilassante.. Stupendo!
