位置好，萬泉河邊，交通方便。酒店比較新，設施還不錯。缺點是，房間內反鎖的擰的把手壞了，服務員説太晚了，沒師傅，讓用上方那個長條狀的反扣的裝置，但第二天也沒來修。衞生間換氣扇一點點聲音，似乎包在頂層吊頂裏面，看不到換氣扇，服務員説是所有房間都這樣的，不清楚為何這種設計，換氣效果極差。頭頂花灑鬆動，各種方向擰都不行，出水時巨大震動和噪音，像地震，後來沒敢用，怕震動+鬆動把花灑掉下來砸人。總之，3-4星吧，服務人員很好，但無奈管理不行，不過整個海南差不多都這樣，管理拉胯。
