入住辦理迅速，感謝前台Sanny和Tom熱情介紹東嶼島和周邊的景區文化美食，以及温泉、早餐、擺渡車等多項服務，禮賓員也會幫忙拿行李送到房間。酒店的温泉和東嶼島温泉是一樣的，區別是酒店裡的池子衹有兩個，酒店內的温泉是下午六點半到晚上十一點。早餐品種該有的都有了,夠吃。離博鰲免税店也很近，步行五分鐘，超級棒! 還會再來的~

酒店環境優雅，客房寬敞，這裏主要接待會議活動比較多，酒店屬於商務型酒店，房間簡約國際時尚，服務人員熱情友善，不僅滿足基本的需求，還能為客人提供個性化的服務，前台Tom和管家Bonnie非常熱情周到，剛好政府發了優惠券，幫我預訂了比原來優惠的價格，還給我門推薦了很多本地景點攻略。酒店旁邊就是萬泉河和玉帶灘，可以在碼頭買票坐船到玉帶灘上看三江入海口，住店客人可以享受住店價格買票
