這次博鰲行，入住和悦酒店體驗還不錯！房間暖色調裝修温馨，長者很喜歡，陽台視野絕佳，能愜意賞景。工作人員熱情周到，離海灘近，步行幾分鐘就到。床鋪柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。不過，酒店設施有點老舊，像開關插座，門鎖，電視等。

房間很乾凈寬敞，可以躺在床上看到大海，非常美。酒店服務態度好，管家小何（美女）工作負責，考慮也很周到。早餐品種多很好吃，特別喜歡吃那個粉和小菜，東北銀吃的習慣！點個大大讚！

海景房，能看海，能看日出，還能游泳，非常美好。但是設施老舊，浴室的推拉門壞了，關不起來，也不提示，關上後差點打不開，這有點嚇人。早餐的品種不夠豐富，但用餐環境還行。
