酒店周圍環境很不錯，管家Vicky服務周到，會詢問我們入住房間要求，安排的房間很滿意。硫磺温泉，按摩泡池，桑拿房，這些讓我的度假時光變得很愜意，這次入住都很滿意。

The room was very comfortable, the service was very thoughtful, the air conditioner was turned on in advance, and we arrived at 1:30, and we were immediately arranged to check in. The service attitude of Xiao Li at the front desk was very good. After a rest, we went to the guitar pool to splash for an hour, then went to the hot spring, and fed the fish in the fish therapy pool. The guest room sister Yanzi gave the child a small crocodile doll, which was happily held and refused to let go. I had to take it with me when I went out. I went back to take a shower and eat in the restaurant. The food was not bad. The restaurant service staff Hu Shaoling was very enthusiastic and friendly. After dinner, I went to the outdoor special children's park for a turn. There was a sand pool, a light show, a carousel, and the wind was blowing. It was neither cold nor hot, and it was very comfortable. The next day, I had breakfast and rested. It felt a little hot to soak in the hot spring. It was more comfortable to go to the spa area swimming pool to play in the water and didn't feel cold in the water. The service staff encountered in the hot spring and the swimming pool were very good. Checking out was delayed until 2 o'clock, so I had lunch before leaving. The tofu casserole was delicious. I ordered this dish for both meals.

官塘假日真的太適合家庭自駕遊了，長者舒舒服服泡温泉，小孩開開心心參加各種活動（淡季小孩很少，但即使就我們一個小孩，工作人員也是認認真真帶孩子玩的）。 房間寬敞，通風特別好，一點都不潮。風景更是絕佳。早餐挺豐富的，而且服務態度特別好，會主動詢問需求幫你打咖啡之類的。小孩子不小心摔倒了，門口的服務生第一時間過來問詢，真不錯。 停車場進出免費，開車五分鐘就到白石嶺。十分鐘到紅色娘子軍紀念館，十五分鐘到萬泉河坐船，之後去雜糧街嘗當地特色。長者小孩吃喝玩樂都盡興。餐廳的下午茶還有清補涼，果然是解暑神器。 美中不足是温泉湯池比較少，如果旺季估計體驗不會太好。 最後重點表揚小管家小鄧（不是商家要的好評那種，是我自發想要讓她們領導看見）從加了wx起，小姑娘主動跟我聯繫，詳細問長者小孩的情況，提前準備各種周到。服務態度特別好，即使半夜聯繫也是積極處理問題，而且很懂得尊重客人的意願，不會給人壓迫感。這點特別棒。而且長相甜美笑容可親，應該加雞腿。還有前台一個男銷售做回訪的，處理問題也非常靈活討喜。 可以看出酒店的管理比較人性化且細節到位，贊！

酒店地理位置很好，距離白石嶺景區衹有幾百米路程，如果是來爬山，那住這裏一定是最好的選擇了。 酒店設施齊全，房間佈局合理，乾淨整潔，各種設施也都比較新，衞生間很寬敞，各功能分隔做得也很合理，床墊睡着很舒服。這是第二次住了，每次都有很棒的體驗。 工作人員細緻耐心，尤其是這次小林的貼心幫助，給我們的出行又增加了一抹温馨的色彩，期待下次入住！

房間衞生乾淨，窗外的景色也非常美 客服人員Vicky服務非常周到。 酒店裡麪的員工服務意識都很強。 以後去山裡度假會首選這個酒店。
