房間乾淨衞生，
環境：很好，離海邊也很近，過馬路就到了，離牛奶海也是很近的，周邊吃飯可以去海的故事網紅打卡。
首日歡迎水果是用心準備的，非常棒。前台服務一般般吧，個別服務人員對接態度有點…總體還是不錯的，入住效果是非常棒。

前台的小雪與小旭倆人超有耐心，什麼問題都一一講解，體驗超級好，以後假期還要去。還特別給我們升級正對大海的房間，早晨的感覺特別棒，夏天游泳也要去體驗一遍。

第一次來瓊海，選擇下榻了這家新開的法式風格酒店，房間佈置很乾凈整潔，陽台很大，有沙發，躺椅，最關鍵是一覽無餘的全海景。提前辦理了入住，服務態度親和，主動有禮貌。此次三人行選擇了甄選家庭套房，配了兩室兩衞一廳，篤定滿足四人入住，難得有酒店呆著不想走的，所以提前申請了延遲退房，是家值得推薦的酒店。據説可以看到日出，並且如期守候到日出，若是能夠住在中間的房間就更完美了。至於早餐和晚餐，都在酒店裡吃了，比較中規中矩，但相對老牌五星酒店還是有一些差距，套餐建議還可以再豐富一些海鮮類。
