賓館所處位置非常好，就在年年豐商業大廈對面，欽州東站乘K8路公交可達賓館，公交發車時間捉摸不透，從賓館返回欽州東站儘量早點免得誤了行程。洗澡水蠻大也熱，空調也可以。賓館周圍餐館很多，購物吃飯木有問題，早餐也説的過去。

設施：挺不錯的房間裏面該有的都有，就是沒有冰箱，但是也很不錯了這個價位
衞生：沒有毛髮，房間衞生整潔乾淨，可以推薦

出差辦公，前台大廳區域這邊有免費的打印機可以用，不收費的，工作人員也非常的貼心和細心，主動詢問需不需要幫助，服務呢好的沒話説，房間我整體也很滿意，下次還會選擇這裏

聚會遊玩這裏都很合適晚上的夜市很熱鬧，就在酒店樓下不遠處，後面就是酒店停車場了，前台也會引導過去很好找，七樓還配有自助的洗衣房，也有大陽台可以曬衣服，不錯哦

車站過來車程十幾二十分鐘，不是很遠，公交車也能到酒店對面，大廳裝修風格很簡單，倒是服務態度很不錯，工作人員都很柔和，這點可以點贊，價格也不貴推薦哦
