距離年年豐廣場很近，遊玩方便。房間寬敞乾淨。服務態度好。其他賓館價格相近的住宿條件一般，因此這裡是周邊的性價比之選。

酒店像在那種居民樓裏面，但是不偏，而且挺安靜的，最重要的是，酒店姐姐人非常非常非常好，因為要去考試，等了很長時間都打不到車，就問姐能不能送我去，結果姐放下手下工作、冒着冷風就送我去了，非常非常感動

網頁上寫有窗，入住後發現沒窗，空氣流通不好剛進入房有一股很濃很難聞的氣味，房間必須一直開空調，否則太悶熱無法入住。晚上天花板上聽到老鼠出沒的聲音。
