光看這個毛巾，還有枕套，床單，毛巾黃黃的和粑粑一樣，枕套也是臟的，真是感覺和沒洗一樣，要不就沒換，房間我沒拍照，浴室地漏全是頭髮，床頭燈帶哪裡一摸一手灰，算是當地數一數二的酒店了，沒想到這麼差，前台服務感覺都和死屍一樣，也不微笑，欠你八百萬一樣。不知道前台經理怎麼管理的，真的好無語……感覺店長也不會管理，辦入住也不提示去哪裡洗浴，我的娘來，一言難盡……

房間舒適整潔，前台服務態度也好，每天都有人打掃衞生。最重要的是床墊和被子柔軟，晚上睡覺很舒服。設施設備也是新的，有小度智能音箱可以控制窗簾、燈、空調這些智能傢俱，晚上睡覺了在床上説一下就能關燈很方便。這裏的浴室也很棒，熱水出的很快，基本幾秒鐘就能用到熱水

晚上正在休息，聽到房卡刷門的聲音，一開始以為聽錯了，但仔細一聽確實是我房間，一下子出一身冷汗，看時間是凌晨兩點半，趕快給前台打電話詢問説是有人喝多了走錯了，大約5-10分鐘後，沒有再刷房門的聲音了。第二天前台主管代表酒店給我回電，是客人本身的問題，酒店沒有過錯，無法給我解決方案，也不能答應退還當晚房費的要求。客觀來講，沒有對我本人造成實質性傷害，給我帶來的是下次再住酒店不可避免會想起此次令人後怕的事件，該酒店不專業、強硬的服務態度令人氣憤。給消協和市民熱線反映此事，監管權限不夠，無法給我任何解決措施。發此評價，僅作提示。
