出差住了無數的酒店了，遇到這是唯一的一個！住房不退按金！！入住前各種講的好好的，加了微信，付了老闆300元按金。到現在10幾天過去了，按金都沒有返還。打微信、打電話都不接。找平台客服，平台客服讓找當地政府。搞不懂。
看到前面也有朋友沒有收到按金，後面入住的要小心注意了。
老闆看到本條評論希望你積極處理，收到按金給你刪差評。

我講一下我的經歷，我是一名剛考完試的學生，來青州旅遊，我聽説山東特別熱情好客，就想來體驗一下，這個酒店是無人自助酒店，我6月11日在平台訂購了6.25一7.5日，酒店負責人通過平台加了我的微信，交了300按金，入住和離店全程微信溝通，6.25到中午到的酒店，進房間發現裏面跟雜物間一樣，全是亂七八糟的東西，我問酒店，酒店説：有個住了很久客人，着急走，要過個15天才會來拿，説讓我不要在意，每天都有人住的。因為我這邊也有朋友，我朋友不喜歡，我跟酒店協商能不能換間房間，酒店表示可以換，等明天，6月26日我問酒店能不能換房間，中午問了一遍，晚上問了一遍，酒店已讀不回，6月27日我問酒店還能不能換，不能換就算了我不為難，酒店説今天換不了，明天應該可以，確認一下晚一點跟我説。當天晚上8點15分停電了，跟酒店溝通後，8點54來電了，6月30日酒店負責人賣慘説有難處，讓我把後五天的房費從平台退款，轉他微信，這五天我繼續住，我就想着出門在外，能幫就儘量幫一下，7月1日早上8點20又停電了，酒店溝通後，9點多來的電，7月4日問我是正常退房嗎，又接着向我借錢，説明天退按金一起退我，平台限制字數圖片，後續看截圖
