首先身為維也納會員 前台識別不到 説了是會員 還説身份證沒有識別到 之後在問她們確定嗎！才説身份證號是會員 本來就是刷的身份證入住 第二點 酒店環境維護的很好 早起客房服務員打掃樓層衞生 對講機居然是外放 給前台打電話打了三次提醒帶對講機耳麥 也沒有帶 依舊是外放 第三點就是早飯 餐廳服務員問題 我們是兩個人 一個人先去的 把早餐卷給她都給了 之後還特意告訴她一會還有一個來 （吃飯後發覺聚餐人都是一大家的人一起的那種 就我們兩是兩個姑娘）之後我間隔不到五分鐘去餐廳 餐廳服務員就要早餐卷 我説剛才進去的沒有給你嗎。就一個姑娘 很理直氣壯的 我不知道啊！沒有給我啊！ 找到通行的人後問沒有給嘛！當著麪説給了呀！她也不説什麼了 在就餐過程中隔壁一桌有三個大一點的小朋友 人家喝牛奶 一大家子還有吃完 服務員就説 牛奶喝不完是需要按照一個人32收費的 三個孩子 你這樣收費嗎！96元夠買一整箱子多的純牛奶的 知道你的本意是提醒不要浪費但是這樣顯得維也納國際酒店太沒有水準了吧！友善提醒不好嗎👎！還有前台接待 我是來旅遊的 出去玩不能按時退房提前給你打電話退房説不行 我行李都是收拾好的 就需要你幫我拿到前台就可以 説不行 需要收我延遲費 沒有房卡退不了房間 雖然很鬧心吧！但是也有值得表揚的酒店衞生維護很好 畢竟是開業好幾年的店 還有前台經理的服務以及前台服務男生服務意識很好 希望多言傳身教吧！祝酒店生意興隆！周邊的景區也很贊哦！

酒店周圍吃飯，超市，小吃都挺多，還有隆盛糕點，機場大巴站都在附近房間乾淨舒適，適合帶孩子，免費停車場。床墊舒服，屬於稍軟的床墊。前台服務很好！

前台小姐姐非常熱情，房間很乾凈，細節方面可以，床墊很軟，睡着很舒服，衞生間出熱水很快，沒有異味。隔音效果還行，酒店位置可以，離景點都比較近，總體很滿意，下次來青州還會住維也納。
