The room is extremely soundproof. The people in the next room were talking all the time at night. Several girls were chattering from 12 o'clock in the evening to 6 or 7 o'clock in the morning. Then the shop next door started to renovate at 8 or 9 o'clock. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. I called the front desk at night but no one answered the phone. I called the platform three times but none of them could get through. The service is not in place and the safety factor is low. You must avoid it.

I am really happy with the hotel I stayed in! The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the bustling city center, and you can feel the fireworks of Chengdu at any time. The room is spacious and bright, the new decoration is simple and generous, and the bedding is comfortable and clean, which allows me to sleep soundly every night. The front desk service is super considerate, answering all questions, and helping to recommend a lot of authentic local food. This accommodation experience is great, I must give a big praise, stay here when you come to Chengdu!

房間乾淨整潔，始終是新裝修的酒店，朋友住的很滿意，朋友的腳不方便，有電梯省了很多事，謝謝給朋友好的體驗！

酒店前台大姐服務態度很好，而且有免費停車場，酒店應該是新裝修的，還有麻將桌，主要因為貴陽房價暴漲，正是旅遊旺季，網上看到這家酒店，價格不貴，值得下次光臨

對比了多家酒店後選擇了順心酒店，結果超出預期！價格實惠，房間卻乾淨整潔，設施也一應俱全。位置便利，服務人員熱情周到，辦理入住挺快，推薦給大家😉
