地理位置：地理位置優越，距離高鐵站很近，離景點步行十幾分鍾就能到
周邊設施：停車場車位充足，充電很方便，吃飯的地方很多，周邊全都是，附近古田夜市晚上很熱鬧，可以飯後去逛一逛，夜景燈光很漂亮，拍照很出片
民宿風格：標準的徽派建築，裝修風格很別緻，房前庭院很適合三五好友喝喝茶聊聊天，很安靜，冬天還可以烤困死篝火，圍爐煮茶
衞生情況：房間收拾的很乾凈，床單被罩比較新，馬桶衞沐浴棉的都很乾凈，沒有水漬之類的東西，飄窗前的榻榻米上打理的很乾凈，配備了茶具茶葉，採光也很不錯
服務：老闆熱情好客，不懂的地方多問問老闆，可以少走很多彎路，避很多雷，出去遊玩吃喝老闆車接車送，老闆沖咖啡的手藝還是不錯的，手磨咖啡很香

3、國慶期間，住宿價格不貴。
負面評價：
1、淋浴，調好的水温，過一會就非常燙，温度不穩定。空間太小，沒辦法給孩子洗澡，太小了。
2、馬桶按鈕在靠牆一側，按起來不方便。
3、隔音效果不好，住2樓，院子外面停車場人員説話聲音很清楚。
4、早餐有饅頭、稀飯、紅薯、油條，吃飽沒問題。

他們距離遊客中心沒多遠，老闆可以接送服務，遊客服務中心和99米大佛都可以接送，這服務剛剛滴，沒得説，房間設計的很好，也很乾凈，看的出老闆用心設計，簡約型的，老闆還給我們升級了房型，遠處的山加上這幾天下雨，雲霧繚繞的，很美！

房價屬於當天周邊民宿中等的，沒有特別高也沒有特別低。整體還不錯，老闆可以開車送到遊客中心
但是 早飯特別拉胯，衹有一個阿姨，等了得有將近30分鐘才吃上，並且還要一遍一遍問
房間裏淋浴水温很詭異，明明一開始調好了，突然變得特別燙，然後調低後又突然特別涼。沒辦法調到舒服的温度。
吹風機很臟，可能從未清理過，抓着粘手，都沒敢洗頭髮。
衞生間不知道是馬桶還是地漏，總是在嘎達嘎達響有機械或者地漏蓋的聲音。早上安安靜靜的冷不丁一響，感覺很嚇人。一開始以為是地漏下面有老鼠要爬出來，後來仔細聽，又像馬桶發出來的。
