一進房間很濃的煙味。廁所牆都掉漆了，洗髮乳沐浴露衹有一丟丟都乾巴了像幾百年沒換過的，毛巾也是一股味道，起球了。沒敢用，重點是熱水放了起碼有半小時，也不熱，温的，這個天雖然不是很冷但是洗澡這個水温也不行，吹風機不應該是每個房間的標配嗎？也沒有。問前台要一個那阿姨也一臉不耐煩的上三樓説給我。還有下單的時候攜程明明寫的14點退房，結果中午回去的時候，老闆説必須一點就退房，講什麼旺季啥的，我拜託，既然一點要求退房請提前在攜程上説明，本來上午趕早起上山，下來累的要死就想好好休息一下，要不然我為什麼訂14點退的房間，總之就是整個環境，服務差的要死，別説什麼一分錢一分貨的，九華山去過不是一兩次了，人家同等價位的也比你這個好太多。

定了房間到了以後晚上酒店的門口燈光是關的找不到地方。打電話過去也感覺不到熱情也沒感覺很有耐心，然後終於找到了地方。前台是沒有人的，大燈全關整個都是漆黑沒有燈的，她説自己上樓鑰匙在門上定了三間大床她説在四樓。有三間大床。去了有一間是鎖着的。我問她她説我們是凌晨來的肯定人家沒有退房啊。説到三樓自己選一間標間。其實到這裏都沒有一點不愉快的心情。我一直都是想任何人都有不容易得過且過不是什麼大事。入住了。空調一晚上基本沒有用房間很冷我開了一個小時空調都沒有用還會自己停掉可能是變頻空調入住的時候她説有問題可以打電話那時候都三點多了。我就發了個訊息不想打電話過去打擾別人萬一睡了就算了反正我們起來就出發就是睡一晚。其實一整晚都是腳冰涼的狀態。起來退房我就和老闆説了這個情況大廳兩個女的一個可能是老闆一個是員工，沒有一句不好意思什麼之類的話全是在質疑我説我空調模式沒開對説從來沒有人説空調沒有用而且昨天又不冷又不是零下幾度哇塞真的是…但凡她們在説這些話之前説一句沒睡好嗎？真的是不好意思我完全就被治癒了真的被冷了一晚上説我空調沒開對。説每天有人入住從來沒有人説空調沒有用。呵呵…那就是我沒事找茬唄。幾乎每年都會來九華山，以後也不可能會入住你們家靈山別苑了。來過這麼多年別人老闆都是熱情好客什麼都好説話真的第一次遇見這種的。心裏有點堵

這個酒店主要是餐飲，房間裏全是炒菜的味道，空調不冷，一個晚上全是水泵工作的噪音，沒睡好，設施一般，不推薦。
