作為使用攜程12年的用户，我第一次給差評。走廊裏看不出來酒店的感覺，我一度懷疑自己走錯，衞生間的門鎖我屬實沒見過這樣的進入衞生間洗面台裡邊頭髮，淋浴間牆面發黴，是可以擦下來的黴斑，地面上不知道是什麼東西，像別人遺留的垃圾，淋浴間壓根我沒有敢進去，因為家裡裝修找了個最近的酒店，硬件設施差到極致，不敢想象衞生離譜到這種地步，我實在住的膈應，擔心用到什麼不乾淨的東西。

在此鄭重表揚、讚揚一下 11樓晚上值夜班的保潔徐姐 人好 工作認真 服務態度特別好 為人和藹可親；晚上回來快十一點了 因為自己導致房間有點亂 想先收拾一下 聯繫的前台 幫忙叫保潔阿姨麻煩過來收拾一下 以為大晚上了 應該不會收拾的很好 以為不會過來 但是徐姐不但過來了而且沒有任何抱怨 還積極主動的幫我收拾完衞生 換了一些洗漱用品 還幫我拿了幾個衣架 就覺得住了這麼多酒店 這是為數不多的能像這樣幹工作 在此很感謝這位保潔阿姨徐姐的服務態度 也很感謝酒店的服務態度 讓我有一個很好住宿體驗和休息環境！下次一定還來這裏辦理住宿！必須五星好評！⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

下午4點多到達酒店，提前一天預訂的，辦理入住時等了半個小時，前台説：房間沒打掃完。好不容易進到房間，服務員還在打掃衞生間，我們把物品放入房間外出吃飯，回來後坐在床邊休息時發現被子返潮，揭開床及發現被子有一大片污物，並且很濕，馬上聯繫前台，半小時後服務員抱被子過來。慶幸發現的早，不然第二天退房時，要訛上我們。
