環境很好，泡温泉很贊，原來擔心山裡麪蚊蟲多，但完全沒見到蚊子，物超所值，服務也不錯，早餐品類豐富，夏天避暑的好選擇。

前台服務很好，房間非常大，還給我們升級了温泉房，酒店的温泉也不錯，是鍺温泉。在溶洞裏有温泉，酒店裡吃飯方便，價格合理，早飯有用鍺温泉煮的東西。還有每人發2個蛋，自己動手放在温泉裏煮15分鐘。不錯不錯，推薦啦。

聽朋友説清流天芳悦潭很好，於是週末自駕前往，服務態度極佳，本來預訂山景房，後客服耐心細緻介紹之後升級為温泉房，在房間裏即可享受鍺泉温泉的舒適。早餐也別開生面，食品很豐富也很周到，位於温泉的源頭泉眼旁邊，空氣清新，鍺泉果然不一般，乾淨衞生，重要的是確實浸泡之後相當舒服，融入大自然中享受美食温泉的樂趣，這次體驗意猶未盡，有機會還是要去，要多住幾天，充分享受。這裏非常感謝前台的艾瑪美女，美麗大方，服務周到，耐心細緻，非常感謝，希望下次再去還能見到你。

住習慣了常規的酒店，突然來到這樣青磚灰瓦的風格顯得非常的特別……特別好的服務、特別的舒服、也特別的温馨。早就聽聞了天芳悦潭的温泉是天然的，泡池有很多，錯峯了五一黃金週就沒有那麼擁擠了。前台服務很熱情，早餐時間、地點、交通方式都説的非常清楚，最值得一提的就是早餐啦，我好喜歡吃温泉煮蛋，還有豆花我也喜歡，味道太好啦！下次還要來[呲牙]

來到這個酒店真是一波三折！總的的體驗感覺不好，房間突然被取消。重新訂房補了差價。其實房間還有很多。這個大樓都黑漆漆的。那個温泉水更是不可理喻。兩個孩子泡完温泉，全身過敏，都三天了還沒有好。很多個池子的水都不是死水，之前也沒有清理，都是雜質，真心感覺不好。還有那個海盜船的餐廳，空氣很悶，都沒有人吃飯。

酒店的房間很大，有點帶復古風，床睡着很軟很舒適。阿姨會按時打掃衞生，房間也很乾凈整潔。這裏的温泉是一大特色，有許許多多大大小小的温泉，泡着有利於身心健康。
