水景房客房服務人員告訴我所有房間都吵，因為風管機從頂上過，這麼大的缺陷你不註明，告訴我沒房了，凌晨1點鐘實在受不了打前台電話也是敷衍沒房了，工程部看看，説二樓更響，發著燒去樓下找他處理，還是帶着樓下看剩下一間的其他水景房，確實吵，怎麼辦？我讓家人帶着客房人員到房間內聽看多響，又打電話協調的，在房間發著燒等着都準備睡了，敲門了，給我換到斜對門的房間了，原來你有房啊，説給我升級了，我一看啊房價就差12塊錢，是我缺12塊錢，還是你缺12塊錢，明明有房從開始入住6點，到凌晨2點才換了房，就在我斜對面，我還以為你真沒房了，大過年的除夕夜。凌晨一點鐘吵的沒辦法，孩子哭，打電話前台還説他聽見了哭，聽見了都不積極處理。還下樓找你，各種協調一小時，我斜對門走兩步都有房，這是什麼事？清豐最好的酒店了。就這樣？

第一次來清豐縣，挺意外能有這麼一家酒店，不論是內外部環境，規模，軟硬件設施，工作人員的態度，都很令人滿意，可以稱得上不掛牌的4星酒店！温泉這次沒去體驗，無法評論，下次再來清豐縣會繼續入住，推薦。

門口保安態度差，我騎摩託車去還未到門口就被驅趕，理由是摩託車會影響酒店的形象，並且第一句話是詢問我是不是外賣員，看到我生氣時候就搬出領導來壓我，他但凡説停這影響汽車停放我也不説什麼，另外我去辦理入住的時候看見老舊的電動自行車就在門口充電，無疑是區別對待

服務衹能説一般，凌晨入住，進酒店的時候找不到服務人員，但退房查房速度很快
房間隔音差，隔壁房間早晨6點的鬧鐘可以清晰聽到；這次入住的是河景房，但是房間的窗户很臟
