Awesome location, the subway is just below. Lots of things happening around the hotel. Room was alright and was surprisingly spacious. Cleanliness can be improved but not too bad. The design of the toilet though... there were no place for me to put my clothes or towel and the glass was too translucent for my comfort. Service was alright but occasionally we saw the receptionist in a singlet without his uniform on; not the best impression. The rooftop view was beautiful but route to get there was a little sketchy.

We receive very good hospitality from all front staffs so this made everything feel good. Suite room offers very good view old Qingdao old town. Thank you very much.

We booked a family room. It's spacious for 3 of us. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the ZhongShan Road metro station. Convenient to everywhere. Not a big hotel, but good choice. Will stay again next time.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the old town. Subway is next to hotel, walking distance to several sights, street food and live shows at night. Room is clean with quality bed linings. Breakfast has good selections too. For those people who like to take photos, you have a chance to overview this European style city from hotel's top floor. It's a unique view you cannot find from other hotels in town. This is another big reason I choose this hotel. Suggestion: It would be better if clear instructions are provided for WiFi connection due to dynamically assigned password. It would be nice to provide info on open hours of the 12th floor view and how to get there accompanied with sample photos. AnQi and Xiao Mo in front desk helped me out. Thanks both.

Place and room is great. Ideal location for tourist who want to explore Qingdao. Food is nearby everywhere and easy access. Staff is friendly and their service is good

The linens in the room are very comfortable to use and the pillows are fully functional. The front desk and floor staff are very enthusiastic. The location is also good. It is right outside the Zhongshan Road subway station, next to the Dabao Island commercial area, and a few minutes' walk from the church and the pier. The hotel also upgraded the room type for free, and there was a souvenir gift when leaving the hotel

The hotel recommended by a friend is very close to the subway station, only one subway stop away from Qingdao Station. It is also very convenient to eat in the Dabao Island Leisure Area. Guests can go to the rooftop to take panoramic photos. The red tiles and green trees are very beautiful, which is also one of the characteristics of the hotel. The hotel also upgraded the room type to make it brighter. This experience was very good. Thanks to Xiaojie and Xiaoli for their enthusiastic service and very good attitude. They are very patient in discussing things and asking questions. I will recommend it to other friends to stay next time.

The hotel is in a very good location, one subway stop away from Qingdao Station, just exit D, and you can easily walk to the church and the pier. Shuanghe Garden, Qianhaiyan, and Wangjie BBQ are all nearby. Most importantly, the view from the hotel rooftop is super beautiful!!! The hotel staff are very friendly. I will stay here again if I go to Qingdao.

The guy at the front desk was warm and thoughtful and upgraded the room for free. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel is close to the subway and is convenient for any tourist attraction. The hotel is within walking distance of the cathedral. You can check in and take photos on the top floor of the hotel. The cathedral is very photogenic. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Qingdao

I give the best warmth and satisfaction to Qingdao Zhanqiao Railway Station Manxin Hotel. I set off from Nanjing to Qingdao on the 5th. I was wearing short-sleeved shirts, shorts and sandals. I was freezing cold when I got out of the station. As soon as I entered the hotel, a cup of strong hot tea warmed my heart, just like walking into home. For the next four days, I felt warm every day. The hotel is in a prime location. There is a subway and bus stop at the door, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. A delicate girl in a blue suit helped us solve the breakfast problem. Every time we went out, I had a bottle of hot water, which was full of warmth. If we have the chance, we will go to the nearby Xizhen for a walk. The Xizhen pot stickers and New Year's Eve dumplings are delicious.
