因為選錯了位置，想退房商家不同意，大半夜帶着孩子還是趕過去了，大半夜門口沒地方停車。奔着兩米大床房去的，一進屋一股腳臭味兒撲面而來，床明顯不是兩米，測量了一下也就1.8米，打電話給前台人家説跟她沒關係，他們都是一米八的大床，擺明了欺騙消費者。另外，房間簡直0隔音，感覺門外過一衹老鼠都能聽的清清楚楚，早上六點多窗外就開始叮了咣啷，樓下是一個垃圾處理廠，簡直太吵了！

吵的根本不能休息，上面在電鑽的裝修，旁邊也是拆的砸，衞生間跟洗澡的全是涼水，前台説放一會水就熱了，結果放了一個小時還是涼水。我也是服了

已經不知道用什麼話形容這個酒店
1.酒店淋浴間沒有熱水 完全不能洗澡
2.洗手枱那邊的水是鹹的，無語了 長這麼大第一次住酒店水是鹹的
3.酒店連瓶礦泉水都不給
4.大早起很早很早就裝修 我來住酒店的 不是聽電鑽鑽進腦仁的

很差，很差，大廳沙發一層灰，電梯入口地毯都看不出顏色了，電梯地板我嘞個去，都入住了，當時都辦理了不然我想退房，還掛星，一個縣城兩個掛星的，第一天訂的兩間大地灣感覺還可以，第二天這個太差勁了，房間也不大，早説特點就是舊，衞生也不好，房間沒有瓶裝水，灌回來的桶裝水，不知道是自來水還是純凈水，不敢喝，服務更是可笑，前台兩嫂子，一個你問一句她懟一句，不問她不説話，大廳一大爺人還挺熱情，退房時我着急走，他拿着對講機一直幫我喊人，還説出門慢點旁邊裝修呢

入住體驗感特別差，空調就是個擺設，大冬天的晚上被凍醒3次，沒有熱水，沒有餐食，體驗感特別特別差，秦安有很多酒店，千萬不要入住這一家，誰住誰後悔

服務：這個服務真的要好好説説，我們續住，第二天房間臟了讓服務員來打掃。服務員説，我們每天早上打掃其他時間不打掃，我們也有孩子。家庭。沒時間。然後放幾個大垃圾袋讓我們自己放裏面！住了七天。每天打掃衞生就是三弟，廁所毛巾換一下紙巾裝一下，到了第三天，讓她們換個被子，被子臟了，服務員説，被子在倉庫裏，現在太忙沒有人去拿，呃呃……就沒人管了！七月份雖然不是很冷。早晚環視涼的，我就衹能蓋着自己帶的床單，東西燉嫌麻煩所以沒有換酒店一直住了八天，就這樣！服務真的跟不上！服務員很**，被子不給，衞生張什麼時候打掃就什麼時候打擾。比，出門在外忍一忍吧，體驗感不好！！大家遇到過這樣的嗎，酒店不給被子，秦安飯店做到了！！！真的很無語😒
