晚上開車一路山路，要慢點。然後老闆家乾淨衞生而且配套也很全。離大龍窩索道很近，如果不是節假日不需要去遊客服務中心，直接開車到索道上山

很意外的一次民宿體驗，感覺非常棒！民宿被竹林環繞，老闆很熱情，整個民宿的配套設施非常舒適，設計很時尚，又很温馨，還很周到，乾淨整潔，晚餐也很棒，老闆還體貼的接送我們到景區大門，省錢又省事，強烈推薦到天柱山旅遊的朋友入住！

老闆很熱情，訂好民宿後老闆提前聯繫問我們是自駕還是高鐵，我們是自駕老闆告訴我們每個人可以省30元省交景費的路線。入住後老闆還免費升級房間，讓我們住的更舒適。老闆的廚藝很好，做的清炒青菜，竹筍炒肉，竹蓀蛋湯很好吃，青菜是老闆家自己種的青菜，綠色無公害。房間環境設施很現代化，符合現代年輕人的風格。到索道口老闆車接車送，這個旅行很愉快，下次來天柱山還會再次選擇竹林窩民宿。

民宿是坐落在深山竹林當中，安靜，恬淡，老闆一家人十分友好和善，房間佈置舒適温馨乾淨，有自己家的感覺，有地暖，有空調，飯菜好吃，菜是自家種的，水是山泉水，老闆自己下廚做的，院裏的小狗黏人可愛，去天柱山十分方便，幾分鐘車程，老闆會駕車接送到索道口，十分滿意的一次入住體驗！
