This tourist destination isn’t very well known among foreigners, so English communication in the area is not always smooth. However, inside the hotel, they provided all the assistance I needed.
Although the hotel itself isn’t located directly inside the resort, they arranged for a shuttle to take me there. Even after checking out, they took full responsibility in helping me get to the next destination —checking the destination, communicating with the driver, and even assisting with payment to ensure I got to my next stop without any issues.
They also helped me with a lot of other things, such as show events and shuttle bus schedules, so I could enjoy my stay without any confusion. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and I appreciated the attentive service throughout my stay.

Hotel itself is nice. The place is great! Lots of performances to see especially at night. Knife throwing show, sword swallowing, face changing, water fountain show, fire twirling, etc etc. 👍

Located in the scenic area itself, free transportation around the area. Front desk receptionists are friendly and gave alot of recommendations.

Self-driving travelers, please read this review.
First photo: The hotel environment isn't really a hotel, worse than a B&B. The room isn't soundproof. We left early the morning we signed up for the tour, and the hallway was filled with noise.
Second photo: The hairdryer should give you an idea of what this accommodation is like. The amenities are substandard, as anyone who frequently stays in hotels will understand.
Third photo: The bathroom and shower are the brightest. You can't even see if you're using the bathroom door. It sounds like the entrance fee is included, but the stay wasn't comfortable. If you're driving yourself, it's best to stay farther away. This was our first time, so we weren't sure if we'd make a mistake. Most groups stay within the scenic area, so be cautious.
